The average user stores a mix of digital media (photos and videos) and documents. 10GB gives you the option of storing roughly:
- 2,000 songs or pictures
- More than 50,000 documents
Can I share my files and folders with someone who doesn’t have a Box account?
Yes! You can create an external link that can be shared with anyone, even people without a Box account. (Though while you’re at it, why not encourage them to start a free Box account?! That way you can collaborate with them and co-edit the document.)
Can I buy more storage space on my plan?
If you have an Individual plan, you can free up space by deleting unused files and folders, or you can choose an upgraded plan (with unlimited storage available) that meets your needs.
Can I access my Box account via mobile?
Absolutely! Download the Box Mobile App here to access your content anywhere, anytime.
Are there any limits on how much bandwidth our team can use?
Yes. To help prevent excessive usage by any one user, Box may limit user bandwidth if it exceeds the thresholds described below

What is included in a Platform add-on?
Platform add-ons include embedded enterprise-grade security, and free platform resources such as sandboxes, UI components, SDKs, and CLIs.
Am I required to purchase a Platform add-on to use Box APIs?
All Box Business and above plans have an allocation of API calls and AI units already included. For needs beyond the given allocation, you have the ability to purchase incremental Platform add-ons.
What are the contract terms and billing cycles for Platform add-ons?
All of our Platform add-ons are available via recurring, annual contract only.
Do Platform add-ons roll over?
There are no rollovers and any unused quantity in a Platform add-ons will expire at the end of the term.
